A Message to Our Community
After Years of Fighting for You, We Have Some Difficult News​

Holmes Harbor Golf Course will permanently close on June 1, 2026. This is not the outcome we chose — and it was not a decision we made.
​
To many in this community, Holmes Harbor Golf Course has never really been a business — it has been Paul. For ten years, he gave this course everything he had. His mornings, his evenings, his summers, his hands, and his heart. He showed up every single day because he believed this land and this community were worth fighting for. What you see — what you've loved — is his life's work these last 10 years.​

We have shared this land with you for years — fairways that have hosted first rounds, family traditions, and the kind of unhurried morning that is increasingly rare in this world. It has been one of the great privileges of our professional lives.

Following our unsuccessful lawsuit, we were prepared to work through the transition with dignity and grace. What we were not prepared for was the swiftness of what came next.​
​
The Holmes Harbor Sewer District Board of Directors made the following decisions —
✗ The golf course will not be replaced or operated by a new entity.
✗ The property will be converted into "open space."
✗ The course will not be permitted to operate through the end of summer ​

These are the Sewer District Board's choices. Not ours.
​
We understand what this means for the homeowners of this community. The course you can see from your window, the greens that shaped this neighborhood's identity and its property values, will become a field. We share your frustration. We share your grief.

We are hosting a farewell merchandise sale now through Sunday, May 31st, offering apparel and keepsakes at discounted prices. We want this community to leave with something to remember.​
